To Watch: Half Nelson

Half Nelson (dir. Ryan Fleck; starring Ryan Gosling, Shareeka Epps, Anthony Mackie) got some uber props from Roeper (ok don't trust him that much) and guest host Kevin Smith (Ebert is sick). Gosling plays an inner city teacher addicted to drugs, sounds like right up his alley in terms of obscurity (The Believer anyone? Yea yeah he was also in a small movie with a really hot chick). I already like its though the one-sheet is pretty terrible
